The big day started with a traditional tea ceremony, we’ve been to a few and we can say that Samantha’s tea ceremony felt super comfortable and welcoming, and we fell in love with her take on a beautiful red dress.
It was such a special moment soon after when Samantha changed into her white dress from Luv Bridal to have first looks with her father and soon to be husband! If you are um-ing and ah-ing about having a first look we say GO FOR IT! It’s a great way to have a moment with the one’s you love and allow them to take in that intimate moment without distractions of a big crowd!
Entering the ceremony at The Chapel in Peterson House was a dream, with the amazingly talented, chilled, laid-back and fun-loving Kahuna Duo doing thier thang and practically serenading us while we waited. Surrounded by beautiful floral installations by the amazing Rosy Posy Co the mood was definitely set!
After a quick portrait session we moved to the reception where we were instantly drawn the the vintage red velvet couch and floral install. Right up our alley!
All in all Samantha & William’s day was full of amazing vendors who truly reflected thier fun-loving personalities and we had such a blast finding some kindred spirits.
