Morning Tears at Pier One
Our day began at 11:30 am, as we set out to capture Jake’s preparations at Pier One. With the iconic Sydney Harbour as a backdrop, it was a picturesque start to a beautiful day.
A memorable moment unfolded when Jake began reading a heartfelt letter that Stephanie had written for him. The emotion in his eyes, and the tear that rolled down his cheek, spoke volumes about their love. We know that behind that tough exterior was a big teddy bear!
Bride’s Prep at Park Hyatt
Meanwhile, over at Park Hyatt, Stephanie was getting ready for her walk down the aisle. Her stunning Grace Loves Lace wedding dress and Bellini Shoes was the epitome of elegance and romance. With her complimentary all white bouquet created by Floral Expressions.
The Wedding Ceremony by the Harbour
At 2:30 pm, everyone gathered for the ceremony, which took place against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sydney Harbour. The location was chosen for the view that would make anyone’s heart skip a beat. As Stephanie walked down the aisle, there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd.
Capturing Love
Following the ceremony, it was time for some portraits. Our talented photographers whisked the couple away and strolled around the Park Hyatt and Campbell’s Cove area. With the iconic Harbour Bridge in the background!
A Wedding Night to Remember at Park Hyatt
As the sun began to set over Sydney, we returned to Park Hyatt, where the couple and their guests enjoyed a delectable dinner service starting at 6:30 pm. The atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back, perfectly reflecting Stephanie and Jake’s personalities. They spent the rest of the evening around the barbecue, sharing stories, laughter and just having a good time.
